Course Content

The module will cover the various processes of an integrated e-commerce supply chain which includes procurement and sourcing, inventory and warehouse management, Omni-Channel logistics and last-mile fulfillment. Trainees will also learn how to develop a real time, customer-centricity and highly customer-personalized Omni-channel and O2O model would help improve the competitiveness of their company.
